claudins蛋白是构成紧密连接的重要跨膜糖蛋白。 claudin－7是claudins蛋白家族重要成员，参与构成紧密连接，对维持上皮细胞的结构和功能起重要作用。近年来的许多研究表明， claudin－7在乳腺癌、结直肠癌、子宫内膜癌等肿瘤中表达下调，而在卵巢癌、宫颈癌、胃癌等肿瘤中表达上调，并且claudin－7的异常表达在肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、转移过程中发挥重要作用。文章综述了claudin－7在肿瘤相关方面研究进展。

Claudins, which are tetraspan membrane proteins, are critical structural compo-nents of tight junctions.Claudin-7 is a vital member of the family and it plays an important role in supporting the structure and function of epithelial cells.In recent years, a variety of studies have shown that claudin-7 is down-expressed in breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and endometrial canc-er, etc., but is up-regulated in ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, gastric cancer, etc.Otherwise, the abnormal expression of claudin-7 is strongly correlated with the genesis, metastasis, and inva-sion of tumor cells.This article reviews the research advances in the relationship between claudin-7 and cancers.
