目的:探讨分析急性脑卒中患者进行早期康复护理对其认知功能以及神经功能影响的研究. 方法:将我院收治的68例急性脑卒中患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采取早期康复护理干预措施,对照组采取采取常规护理干预措施,并应用简易精神状态检查量表( MMSE)、临床痴呆量表( CDR)以及韦氏记忆量表( WMS)对患者治疗前后的认知功能进行对比评定,应用中国卒中量表对治疗前后的神经功能进行对比评定,比较两种护理干预的临床效果. 结果:两组患者经治疗后的 MMSE、CDR、WMS评分较治疗前均有所改善,但实验组患者改善程度更为显著(P<0.05),实验组患者治疗后的神经功能恢复总有效率为82.35%,对照组为55.88%,实验组神经功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05). 结论:针对急性脑卒中患者进行早期康复护理干预,可有效改善患者的认知功能以及神经恢复情况,提高患者预后,是一种安全、有效的护理措施,值得在进一步推广应用.

objective:to study the analysis of acute stroke patients with early rehabilitation nursing on the cognitive function and the effect of nerve function . Methods: our hospital 68 cases of acute cerebral apoplexy patients are divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table meth-od, the experimental group of early rehabilitation nursing intervention measures, the control group adopted routine nursing intervention measures, and use simple mental state examination (MMSE), clinical dementia rating scale (CDR) and wechsler memory scale (WMS) for evaluation were compared before and after treatment in patients with cognitive function, application of Chinese stroke scale compared to before and after treatment of nerve function and compare the clinical effect of two kinds of nursing intervention.Results:two groups of patients after treatment of MMSE, CDR, WMS score before treatment were improved, but the degree of the experimental group patients improved more significantly (P <0.05), the experimental group after treatment in patients with nerve functional recov-ery of the total effective rate was 82.35%, the control group was 55.88%, the experimental group neural functional recovery was better than control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with acute cerebral apoplexy, can effectively improve the patient's cognitive function and neural recovery and improve the prognosis of patients, is a safe and effective nursing measures, worthy of further popularization and application.
