目的：了解医护人员对临终关怀认识的现状，为有针对性开展关怀教育提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查在职医护人员532名(其中93名医护实习生)。结果医护人员在护理垂危患者时会出现厌恶和吸引两种态度，这两种态度与他们个人经历、职业经历和教育经历呈正相关关系。年龄越大，临床经验越丰富，与去世亲友的密切程度越高，他们在护理垂危患者时的态度越积极。结论医护人员死亡观浅显，对临终关怀概念模糊。为尽快适应现代护理模式的转变，真正适应新模式下角色的多元化，弥补在职医护人员专业知识的缺失，对医护人员进行临终关怀念教育十分必要。

Objective To understand the status of knowledge of hospice nurses ' and provide scientific evi-dence for caring education. Methods Questionnaires in 532 health care workers ( including 93 medical students) were done. Results The medical staff were disgusted and attract two attitudes in caring for the dying patients. These two at-titudes were positively related with the experience, their own personal experience of occupation, experience and educa-tion. With older age, more plentiful clinical experience, and closer relationship with relatives and friends of the person who died, their attitude in the care of dying patients more positive about the view of death. Conclusion Nurses in hos-pice care is plain, the concept is fuzzy. In order to adapt to the change of modern nursing mode as soon as possible, to meet the needs of the new mode of diversified roles, compensate for the lack of professional knowledge of nurses, nurses were dying off Miss education is very necessary.
