目的:探讨护理工作的管理经验并评价成效. 方法:以2015年第一季度护理工作情况为基础,通过实践戴明博士PDCA循环管理的方法,进行医疗护理质量管理. 结论:此种工作方式的运用收效显著,在我院"创二甲"升级达标的准备工作中得到了社会﹑医院各级行政部门和临床科室的认可和好评,对将来护理工作的开展起到了良好的推动作用.

objective: to explore the nursing experience of management and evaluation results.Methods: on the basis of the situation in the first quarter of 2015 nursing work, Dr Deming PDCA cycle management approach, through practice for health care quality management.Conclusion: the use of this way of working with the outcome,"gen dimethyl upgrade to amount to mark"in our hospital in the preparation of the society, the hospital administrative department and clinical departments at all levels of recognition and praise, in the future nursing work has played a good role in promoting.
