1750 MW级核能发电机定子绕组绝缘结构和工艺复杂, 不仅给定子绕组绝缘技术带来了新的挑战, 也对定子绕组整机绝缘测试技术提出了很高要求. 本文主要介绍了定子绕组整机介质损耗、 局部放电和泄漏电流测试原理、 方法及测试结果分析. 试验结果表明, 各项测试结果均满足相关标准要求, 为机组的安全和可靠运行提供了有力的保障.

The insulation structure and process of stator winding of nuclear power generator for 1750 MW are complex, not only present new challenges to the insulation technology of stator winding, also put forward higher requirements of insulation test technology of stator winding. This paper mainly introduces the test principles, test methods and analysis of test results of dielectric dissipation factor, partial discharge and DC leakage current of stator winding. The test results meet the requirements of relevant standards and also provide a strong guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the nuclear unit.
