通过对巴西杰瑞电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机定子线棒与绕组的关键绝缘技术难点分析, 建立了全套绝缘性能测试方法, 并对东方电机公司生产的定子线棒与绕组绝缘性能进行了全面测试. 结果表明: 线棒绝缘性能、 线棒绝缘的防潮和防盐雾性能、 绕组绝缘性能均满足合同技术要求.
通過對巴西傑瑞電站燈泡貫流式水輪髮電機定子線棒與繞組的關鍵絕緣技術難點分析, 建立瞭全套絕緣性能測試方法, 併對東方電機公司生產的定子線棒與繞組絕緣性能進行瞭全麵測試. 結果錶明: 線棒絕緣性能、 線棒絕緣的防潮和防鹽霧性能、 繞組絕緣性能均滿足閤同技術要求.

By analyzing the key insulation technical difficulty of stator bar and winding of bulb hydro-generator for the Jirau hydropower the project in Brazil, the test methods of insulation performance of stator bar and winding is established and factory test is finished for the real stator bar and winding proauced by Dongfang Electric Machinery. The result shows that insulation performance of stator bar, the performance of anti-water and anti-salt fog of stator bar, insulation performance of stator winding can all meet the technical requirements specified in contract for construction of the project.
