目的:分析老年急性上消化道大出血的综合护理所产生的效果. 方法:选取我院2014年1月~2014 年7 月期间收治的34 例老年上消化道大出血患者为对照组,采用常规护理措施;选取2014年8月~2014年12月期间收治的老年上消化道大出血患者45 例为观察组,采取综合护理措施. 结果:对照组治愈率为78.2%,观察组为86.1%;对照组住院期间再出血率为6.5%,观察组为2.1%;对照组平均输血量827ml,观察组为612ml;对照组平均住院日为12.6天,观察组为9.2 天;对照组平均住院费用为12196 元,观察组为10785 元. 两组患者的治愈率、住院期间再出血率、平均输血量、平均住院日、平均住院费用相比差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义. 结论:对老年急性上消化道大出血患者采取综合护理措施,可以大大提高治愈率,降低再出血率、平均输血量及平均住院日,明显降低患者平均住院费用.

Objective: Analysis the effect of the aged acute gastrointestinal bleeding with comprehensive care .Methods:34 patients with Acute gastrointes-tinal bleeding from January 2014 to July 2014 are control group, 45 patients with Acute gastrointestinal bleeding from August 2014 to December 2014 are observa-tion group.The control group select routine care, the observation group select comprehensive care.Results:The cure rate was 78.2% in the control group, the observation group are 86.1%.The control group have 6.5% rebleeding in hospital, the observation group is 2.1%.The average blood transfusion is 827ml in the control group,the observation group is 612ml.The average length of stay was 12.6 days in the control group,the observation group is 9.2 days.The average hospital expense is 12,196(￥) in the control group,the observation group is10,785(￥).Two groups have significant differences both of the cure rate,rebleeding,the average blood transfusion,the average length of stay,the average hospital expens.(P <0.05),it have statistically significant.Conclusion: The comprehensive care of aged acute gastrointestinal bleeding improve the cure rate,reduce the rate of rebleeding and the average blood transfusion and the average length of stay and the average hospital expense.
