鲁迈拉油田R222井套管腐蚀严重, 层间封隔失效, 环空发生窜流, 含硫水穿过套管壁的腐蚀孔洞泄漏到地面, 造成了环境污染, 带来了极大的安全隐患. 对此, 通过现状分析及安全评价, 制订了有关弃井施工方案, 并针对实际施工中大量含硫流体窜出地面的异常情况, 利用噪声和温度测井等技术全面分析了风险, 将方案调整为分段射孔后打多个平衡水泥塞封井,最终实现了安全弃井. 由现场施工使用的配套技术及措施符合弃井施工实际情况, 有效地控制了现场施工时引起的有关安全作业风险. R222井的弃井施工案例为油田弃井作业积累了安全、 可行的技术方法和经验, 为此类井的治理提供了参考和借鉴作用.

Severely corroded casing and failed interval plug lead to oil reverses out from the casing and sulfur water coming out of the ground. All these illicit great environmental, safety and security risk to its nearby area. We drew up the well a-bandonment program after intensive investigation and risks assessment. With respect to sulfur fluids out of casing, we used the technology of noise and temperature logging to analyze risks thoroughly. We changed schemes and sealed with several balanced cement plugs, and finally fulfilled safety abandonment. Systematic techniques used for the well conform to prac-tice, and could effectively control on-site safety risks. We accumulated some feasible techniques for abandonment opera-tion from Well R222 provided good reference for well plugging operation in other similar wells.
