目的：探讨再入院老年2型糖尿病患者院外遵医情况和住院因素。方法：收治初次入院治疗好转，出院后3个月内再次入院的老年2型糖尿病患者78例，采用自制糖尿病患者院外遵医行为调查表。结果：老年2型糖尿病患者院外遵医情况较差；再入院因素主要为高血糖和慢性并发症。结论：护理人员应根据老年2型糖尿病特点加强教育，应有针对性，体现个性化，提高患者的治疗依从性。

목적：탐토재입원노년2형당뇨병환자원외준의정황화주원인소。방법：수치초차입원치료호전，출원후3개월내재차입원적노년2형당뇨병환자78례，채용자제당뇨병환자원외준의행위조사표。결과：노년2형당뇨병환자원외준의정황교차；재입원인소주요위고혈당화만성병발증。결론：호리인원응근거노년2형당뇨병특점가강교육，응유침대성，체현개성화，제고환자적치료의종성。
Objective:To investigate the hospital compliance and hospital factors of re hospitalized elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:78 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized after 3 months of the first admission improvement,we used the self-made questionnaire on the external compliance behavior of patients with diabetes mellitus.Results:The external compliance behavior elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were poor;the main factors of re hospitalized were high blood glucose and chronic complications.Conclusion:Nursing staff should strengthen education according to the characteristics of elderly type 2 diabetes,which should be targeted,personalized,so that can improve the treatment compliance of patients.
