目的：糖尿病是一种影响人们身心健康的、常见的、慢性的终身性疾病。社会发展、人口增长、人口结构老龄化、不健康饮食、肥胖等原因导致发病人数不断上升，因此，对糖尿病患者实施健康教育，增加健康知识，培养糖尿病患者对综合治疗的自我管理能力，以达到控制好血糖的目的，在现阶段具有极其重要的意义。本文主要从饮食、运动指导，血糖的监测方法，口服药知识，糖尿病足，心理支持，出院护理等方面分析糖尿病患者的自我管理能力状况，以及在自我管理过程中需要的援助，为糖尿病教育工作提供参考依据。
목적：당뇨병시일충영향인문신심건강적、상견적、만성적종신성질병。사회발전、인구증장、인구결구노령화、불건강음식、비반등원인도치발병인수불단상승，인차，대당뇨병환자실시건강교육，증가건강지식，배양당뇨병환자대종합치료적자아관리능력，이체도공제호혈당적목적，재현계단구유겁기중요적의의。본문주요종음식、운동지도，혈당적감측방법，구복약지식，당뇨병족，심리지지，출원호리등방면분석당뇨병환자적자아관리능력상황，이급재자아관리과정중수요적원조，위당뇨병교육공작제공삼고의거。
Diabetes mellitus is a common and chronic lifelong disease which affects people's physical and mental health.Due to social development,population growth,aging population structure,unhealthy diet,obesity and other reasons lead to the rise in the number of people,therefore,the implementation of health education for patients with diabetes,increasing health knowledge, cultivation of the self management ability of patients with diabetes mellitus for comprehensive treatment have extremely important meaning in present stage,which can make better control for blood sugar.In this paper,the author mainly analyzes the self management ability of patients with diabetes mellitus from the guidance of diet and exercise,blood glucose monitoring methods, knowledge of oral medicine,diabetic foot,psychological support,discharge nursing and other aspects,and the need assistance in the process of self management,so as to provide reference basis for diabetes education work.
