目的:探讨临床护士静脉输液实地培训、考核在规范临床静脉输液操作流程中的应用效果。方法用同一规范的静脉输液考核标准,对120名护士随机分为对照组和实验组,分别进行示教室培训(对照组)后示教室考核和临床实地考核以及临床实地培训(实验组)后临床实地考核。结果对照组示教室考核得分(96.24±1.68)较临床实地考核得分(90.26±2.06)差异有显著性(P<0.01);实验组临床实地考核得分(95.23±1.28)较对照组临床实地考核得分(90.26±2.06)差异有显著性( P<0.01);参与实验组的患者满意率(93.56±1.07)与参与对照组的患者满意率(89.16±2.18)比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论护士静脉输液操作临床实地培训效果好于示教室培训,能同时提高操作技能和沟通能力,患者满意度高。

Objective To evaluate applying effect of field training and examination normalizing clinic nurse intravenous infusion procedure. Methods 120 nurses were divided into control and experiment groups randomly. One group ( control group) was examined in demonstration classroom and clinic after training in demonstration classroom. The other ( experiment group ) was trained and examined in clinic. Results Test score ( 96. 24 ± 1. 68 ) of demonstration classroom training and examination got significant difference from the one ( 90. 26 ± 2. 06 ) training in demonstration classroom but examined in clinic (P<0. 01) . Test score (95. 23±1. 28) of the group of clinic training and examination got significant difference from the one (90. 26±2. 06) training in demonstration classroom but examined in clinic (P<0. 01) . Patient satisfaction degree (93. 56±1. 07) about the group accepting clinic training and examination was differ-ent from the one (89. 16±2. 18) from demonstration classroom (P<0. 01) . Conclusion The effect of nurse intrave-nous infusion training in clinic which gets higher patient satisfaction degree is better than that of practiced in demonstra-tion classroom when operating skill and communication ability are improved dramatically .
