目的：精细化护理管理主要体现在医院感染管理科与护理部门之间相互协作配合，共同制定完善的医院感染管理质控标准，在日常护理中，多开展医院感染知识培训，并将其纳入医院感染管理考核的范围中，从而规范护理管理工作。实施精细化护理管理后，护理人员医院感染知识均提高，医院感染控制各环节工作开展有序，且护理人员医院感染控制自觉性得到了很大提升。因此，在医院感染管理中，医院应不断加强护理管理工作，规范护理人员工作行为，才能有效防范医院感染事件发生。

Fine nursing management mainly reflected that the hospital infection management department and nursing department should be cooperate with each other to develop and improve the quality of hospital infection management standards,in the daily nursing,the hospital should carry out the knowledge training of hospital infection,and it will be included in the scope of hospital infection management assessment,so as to regulate the work of nursing management. After the implementation of the fine nursing management,the hospital infection knowledge of the nursing staff was improved,hospital infection control work was orderly carried out,and the hospital infection control consciousness of nurses has been greatly improved.Thus in hospital infection management,the hospital should strengthen the nursing management work continuously,regulate the nursing staff work behavior, and it can effectively prevent the hospital infection event occurrence.
