从国内外三次采油技术现状出发, 以提高油田采收率为目标, 在分析各类化学驱特点的基础上, 研究YC系列双子型表面活性剂的驱油机理、 适用条件和注剂工艺. 通过岩心驱油实验、 储层水配伍性实验、 原油乳化实验等室内研究发现, YC-3表面活性剂能降低油水界面张力, 改变岩石表面润湿性, 提高注水洗油效率和油田采收率. 通过延长油田坪74站等多个注水区块现场应用及评价, YC-3表面活性剂虽能达到延缓产量递减、 提高原油采收率的目的, 但开始见效都在半年以上, 注入方式和注入浓度还需针对不同的油藏进一步优化. 根据研究结果, 延长油田表面活性剂驱技术的发展方向为油藏精细化、 注入参数优化、 驱油模拟化、 复配体系优化及新型表面活性剂研发.

To enhance oil recovery, in this paper, YC Gemini surfactant oil displacement mechanism, application condi-tions and injection technology of oil displacement agent was studied on the basis of analyzing all chemical flooding oil char-acteristics, from domestic and international current state of tertiary oil recovery techniques. Indoor study on core flooding experiment, compatibility experiment with reservoir water and crude oil emulsification experiment showed that YC-3 surfac-tant oil displacement agent could reduce interfacial tension between oil and water, change wettability of rock surface, in-crease efficiency of water injection oil displacement, and then enhance oil recovery. Field application and evaluation of Ping-74 Station and several other blocks showed that YC-3 oil displacement agent could delay decline of production and en-hance oil recovery. However, it might take six months to be effective. So injection mode and injection concentration need to be optimized for different reservoirs. At last, according to the study results, several suggestions were put forward for Yan-chang Oilfield on the development direction of oil surfactant flooding technique, so as to improve application effect and en-hance oil recovery.
