目的：探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后沙袋压迫最佳时间。方法将120例行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者随机分成三组,A组沙袋压迫时间为3 h,B组沙袋压迫时间为6 h,C组沙袋压迫时间为12 h,比较不同压迫时间对术后出血情况及患者舒适度的影响。结果术后沙袋压迫3h出血情况明显高于压迫6h和12 h(P<0.05),而压迫6 h与12 h比较,出血情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。术后沙袋压迫3 h与6 h比较,患者的舒适度无明显差异(P>0.05),而压迫12 h患者舒适度明显低于压迫3 h和6 h(P<0.05)。结论本研究结果显示,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后沙袋压迫最佳时间为6h。
목적：탐토복강경하자궁기류척제술후사대압박최가시간。방법장120례행복강경하자궁기류척제술환자수궤분성삼조,A조사대압박시간위3 h,B조사대압박시간위6 h,C조사대압박시간위12 h,비교불동압박시간대술후출혈정황급환자서괄도적영향。결과술후사대압박3h출혈정황명현고우압박6h화12 h(P<0.05),이압박6 h여12 h비교,출혈정황무명현차이(P>0.05)。술후사대압박3 h여6 h비교,환자적서괄도무명현차이(P>0.05),이압박12 h환자서괄도명현저우압박3 h화6 h(P<0.05)。결론본연구결과현시,복강경하자궁기류척제술후사대압박최가시간위6h。
Objective To explore the postoperative sandbags in laparoscopic uterine fibroids eliminating op-pression best time. Methods 120 laparoscopic uterine fibroids out after operation were randomly divided into three groups, group A sandbag compression time was 3 h, B group of sandbags compression time was 6 h, C group of sand-bags compression time was 12 h. Effects of different compression time on patients with postoperative bleeding and com-fort were compared. Results Postoperative bleeding of sandbags oppression 3 h was significantly higher than that of compression 6 h and 12 h ( P<0. 05 ) , and there was no significant difference between 12 h and 6 h ( P>0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in patient comfort between oppression 3 h and 6 h ( P>0. 05 ) , while there were significant differences in patient comfort between 12 h and 3 h and between 12 h and 6 h ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine fibroids eliminates sandbags oppression best time is 6 h after surgery.
