员工感知价值是由顾客感知价值衍生而来的新概念,其逐渐成为组织行为研究领域的重要概念。本文界定了饭店员工感知价值的概念内涵,并探究其结构维度;阐释创造饭店员工感知价值的原理;构建创造饭店员工感知价值四维路径图;从实践层面提出优化饭店员工感知价值的策略,即增加感知利得因素、减少感知利失因素、剔除冗余价值因素和创新全新价值因素。
員工感知價值是由顧客感知價值衍生而來的新概唸,其逐漸成為組織行為研究領域的重要概唸。本文界定瞭飯店員工感知價值的概唸內涵,併探究其結構維度;闡釋創造飯店員工感知價值的原理;構建創造飯店員工感知價值四維路徑圖;從實踐層麵提齣優化飯店員工感知價值的策略,即增加感知利得因素、減少感知利失因素、剔除冗餘價值因素和創新全新價值因素。

Employee's perceived value is a new concept,which has become an important concept in organization behavior re-search area. First,based on the perceived value concept of Zeithaml,hotel employee's perceived value concept is put forward. Secondly,the mechanism of creating employee's perceived value is explained. Thirdly,four-dimensional path of creating employee's perceived value is constructed. Finally,four countermeasures to optimize hotel employee's perceived value are put forward.
