脑卒中后抑郁症目前在临床中较为常见，主要表现为情感、行为和自主神经方面的改变，对患者的健康和生活产生严重的影响，而中西医结合治疗对本病有着较好的临床效果。本文简要介绍中西结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症临床研究进展，为临床提供探讨。
