目的：探讨阿托伐他汀钙片(立普妥)对急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化性斑块的长期影响。方法：收治有颈动脉粥样硬化性斑块的急性脑梗死患者117例，随机分为对照组58例和治疗组59例，所有患者在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg/d 口服，其中对照组治疗时间6个月，治疗组治疗时间24个月，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗6个月后，两组患者的TC、LDL-C、TG均明显下降(P＜0.01)，HDL-C升高(P＜0.01)，两组间对比，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗24个月后，与对照组相比，治疗组的TC、LDL-C、TG下降明显(P＜0.01)，HDL-C明显升高(P＜0.01)。治疗6个月后，两组患者双侧颈动脉IMT及斑块面积显著降低(P＜0.01)，两组间对比，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗24个月后，治疗组的颈动脉IMT及斑块面积显著降低(P＜0.01)。结论：阿托伐他汀长期治疗可显著降低脑梗死患者TC、LDL-C、TG的水平，升高HDL-C，稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块，促进斑块消退。

목적：탐토아탁벌타정개편(립보타)대급성뇌경사환자경동맥죽양경화성반괴적장기영향。방법：수치유경동맥죽양경화성반괴적급성뇌경사환자117례，수궤분위대조조58례화치료조59례，소유환자재상규치료기출상가용아탁벌타정개편20 mg/d 구복，기중대조조치료시간6개월，치료조치료시간24개월，관찰량조적치료효과。결과：치료6개월후，량조환자적TC、LDL-C、TG균명현하강(P＜0.01)，HDL-C승고(P＜0.01)，량조간대비，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。치료24개월후，여대조조상비，치료조적TC、LDL-C、TG하강명현(P＜0.01)，HDL-C명현승고(P＜0.01)。치료6개월후，량조환자쌍측경동맥IMT급반괴면적현저강저(P＜0.01)，량조간대비，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。치료24개월후，치료조적경동맥IMT급반괴면적현저강저(P＜0.01)。결론：아탁벌타정장기치료가현저강저뇌경사환자TC、LDL-C、TG적수평，승고HDL-C，은정동맥죽양경화반괴，촉진반괴소퇴。
Objective:To explore the long term effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets(Lipitor) on carotid artery plaque in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:117 patients with carotid artery plaque and acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group of 58 cases and the treatment group of 59 cases.All patients were given atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg/day orally on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment time of the control group was 6 months,and the treatment group was 24 months,then we observed the effect of the two groups.Results:After 6 months of treatment,TC,LDL-C and TG of two groups of patients were decreased significantly(P<0.01),HDL-C was elevated(P<0.01),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 24 months of treatment,compared with the control group,the LDL-C,TG and TC were decreased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.01),and HDL-C was significantly higher(P<0.01).After 6 months of treatment,the bilateral carotid artery IMT and plaque area in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 24 months of treatment,carotid artery IMT and plaque area in the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Atorvastatin with long term treatment can significantly reduce the TC,TG,LDL-C,and increase the HDL-C in patients with cerebral infarction.It also can stabilize the atherosclerotic plaque,and promote plaque regression.
