目的：探讨标准复苏急救措施，提高急救成功率。方法：2010年1月-2014年12月收治心脏呼吸骤停患者46例，A组24例发生心脏呼吸骤停后立即进行心肺复苏，B组22例发生心脏呼吸骤停的未立刻进行心肺复苏和10 min后进行心肺复苏。分析两组临床资料。结果：A组患者心肺复苏成功率、24 h存活率及出院率A组明显高于B组，差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05)。结论：心肺复苏时间、措施以及正确操作方法是决定心肺复苏成功率的关键因素。

목적：탐토표준복소급구조시，제고급구성공솔。방법：2010년1월-2014년12월수치심장호흡취정환자46례，A조24례발생심장호흡취정후립즉진행심폐복소，B조22례발생심장호흡취정적미립각진행심폐복소화10 min후진행심폐복소。분석량조림상자료。결과：A조환자심폐복소성공솔、24 h존활솔급출원솔A조명현고우B조，차이균유통계학의의(P균＜0.05)。결론：심폐복소시간、조시이급정학조작방법시결정심폐복소성공솔적관건인소。
Objective:To explore the standard measures of resuscitation aid,in order to improve the success rate of first aid. Methods:46 patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest from January 2010 to December 2014 were selected.Group A with 24 cases were given cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately after cardiac and respiratory arrest.Group B with 22 cases were not given cardiopulmonary resuscitation or more than 10 minutes after cardiac and respiratory arrest.We analyzed their clinical data of cardiopulmonary resuscitation retrospectively.Results:The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,rate of 24 hours survival and rate of leaving hospital of Group A were higher than that of Group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The time and measure of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and the correct operation method are the key factors to determine the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
