目的：探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死的效果。方法：收治非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死患者118例，随机分为观察组和对照组各59例。对照组予硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上予阿司匹林肠溶片，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率94.92%，高于对照组的83.05%，治疗后CK、CK-MB、cTnT水平优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死效果确切。
목적：탐토류산경록필격뢰편연합아사필림장용편치료비ST단태고형급성심기경사적효과。방법：수치비ST단태고형급성심기경사환자118례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각59례。대조조여류산경록필격뢰편치료，관찰조재대조조기출상여아사필림장용편，비교량조적림상료효。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔94.92%，고우대조조적83.05%，치료후CK、CK-MB、cTnT수평우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：류산경록필격뢰편연합아사필림장용편치료비ST단태고형급성심기경사효과학절。
Objective:To explore the effect of non ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction treated with Clopidogrel Hy-drogen sulfate Tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets.Methods:118 patients with non ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 59 cases in each group.The control group were given Clopidogrel Hydrogen sulfate Tablets,and the observation group were given aspirin en-teric coated tablets on the basis of the control group,then we compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:In the ob-servation group,the total effective rate of 94.92% was higher than 83.05% of the control group,after treatment,the level of CK-MB, cTnT and CK were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of non ST segment elevation acute myo-cardial infarction treated with Clopidogrel Hydrogen sulfate Tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets was exact.
