目的：调查、分析肿瘤内科抗感染药物的使用情况。方法：收治肿瘤内科患者450例，回顾性分析其临床诊疗资料。结果：盐酸克林霉素注射液、头孢曲松钠粉针以及头孢噬肠钠粉针为用量最多的三种药物。抗感染药物不合理使用率15.3%。结论：肿瘤内科抗感染药物的使用基本合理，但仍存在预防用药过多、无指征用药、抗菌药物的不合理联用等问题。
目的：調查、分析腫瘤內科抗感染藥物的使用情況。方法：收治腫瘤內科患者450例，迴顧性分析其臨床診療資料。結果：鹽痠剋林黴素註射液、頭孢麯鬆鈉粉針以及頭孢噬腸鈉粉針為用量最多的三種藥物。抗感染藥物不閤理使用率15.3%。結論：腫瘤內科抗感染藥物的使用基本閤理，但仍存在預防用藥過多、無指徵用藥、抗菌藥物的不閤理聯用等問題。
목적：조사、분석종류내과항감염약물적사용정황。방법：수치종류내과환자450례，회고성분석기림상진료자료。결과：염산극림매소주사액、두포곡송납분침이급두포서장납분침위용량최다적삼충약물。항감염약물불합리사용솔15.3%。결론：종류내과항감염약물적사용기본합리，단잉존재예방용약과다、무지정용약、항균약물적불합리련용등문제。
Objective:To investigate the use of anti infective drugs in department of internal medicine-oncology.Methods:450 patients of the department of internal medicine-oncology were selected,and the clinical data of them were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Clindamycin Hydrochloride Injection, ceftriaxone sodium injection and head bite intestinal sodium injection were the three of the amount of drugs most.The irrational use rate of anti infective drugs was 15.3%.Conclusion:The use of anti infective drugs in the department of internal medicine is basically rational,but there are still many problems such as preventive medication too much,no indication for drug use,irrational use of antimicrobial agents and so on.
