目的：探究不同手术方法治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的临床效果和方法的优劣。方法：收治良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者90例，试验组行经尿道前列腺切除术联合气压弹道碎石术治疗，对照组行开放手术治疗。治疗后，对比两组临床症状指标。结果：试验组各项指标显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：行经尿道前列腺切除术联合气压弹道碎石术治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的临床疗效较好，且安全性较高。

목적：탐구불동수술방법치료량성전렬선증생합병방광결석적림상효과화방법적우렬。방법：수치량성전렬선증생합병방광결석환자90례，시험조행경뇨도전렬선절제술연합기압탄도쇄석술치료，대조조행개방수술치료。치료후，대비량조림상증상지표。결과：시험조각항지표현저우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：행경뇨도전렬선절제술연합기압탄도쇄석술치료량성전렬선증생합병방광결석적림상료효교호，차안전성교고。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different operation method in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia combined cystolith.Methods:90 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined cystolith.The experimental group were treated with TURP joint pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,and the control group were given open surgical operation.After treatment,the clinical symptoms indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:All indicators of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trans-urethral resection of prostate joint pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia combined cystolith had better clinical effect and higher security.
