Montelukast%Shah Mette Lo Tikason%Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease%Respiratory failure
目的:探讨孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予抗生素、氨茶碱、氯溴索治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特、沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗。结果:治疗24 h后,两组心率、呼吸频率、pH、氧分压、二氧化碳分压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组总有效率、住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭缩短了住院时间,临床疗效高。

목적:탐토맹로사특연합사미특라체잡송치료만성조새성폐질병합병호흡쇠갈적효과。방법:수치만성조새성폐질병합병호흡쇠갈환자100례,수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례,대조조급여항생소、안다감、록추색치료,관찰조급여맹로사특、사미특라체잡송기무제치료。결과:치료24 h후,량조심솔、호흡빈솔、pH、양분압、이양화탄분압비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),치료후량조총유효솔、주원시간비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:맹로사특연합사미특라체잡송치료만성조새성폐질병합병호흡쇠갈축단료주원시간,림상료효고。
Objective:To investigate the effect of montelukast combined with shah mette lo tikason in the treatment of cronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods:100 patients with cronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with antibiotics,aminophylline,chlorine and bromine rope treatment.The observation group were given the montelukast and shah mette lo tikason aerosol treatment.Results:After 24h of the treatment,the heart rate, respiratory rate,pH,oxygen branch pressure,partial pressure of carbon dioxide of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficiency,the length of time two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast combined with shah mette lo tikason in the treatment of cronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure can shorten the length of hospital stay,and the clinical effect is high.
