目的：探讨开颅显微手术治疗颅脑外伤出血的临床治疗效果。方法：收治颅脑外伤出血患者40例，回顾性分析其治疗方法及结果。结果：采用ADL评定标准，40例患者中存活36例(90.00%)，死亡4例(10.00%)。结论：开颅显微手术治疗颅脑外伤出血，血肿清除彻底，具有一定的临床价值。

목적：탐토개로현미수술치료로뇌외상출혈적림상치료효과。방법：수치로뇌외상출혈환자40례，회고성분석기치료방법급결과。결과：채용ADL평정표준，40례환자중존활36례(90.00%)，사망4례(10.00%)。결론：개로현미수술치료로뇌외상출혈，혈종청제철저，구유일정적림상개치。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of craniotomy microsurgery on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:40 patients with craniocerebral trauma hemorrhage were selected,then we analyzed their treatment method and results retrospectively.Results:With ADL standard,among all of those 40 cases,there 36 cases(90% ) were survived,4 cases(10% )were death.Conclusion:Craniotomy microsurgery in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can clean out hematoma completly,so it has a certain clinical value.
