目的：探讨米力农和硝普钠在心肺功能衰竭前期手足口病患儿中的疗效对比。方法：收治心肺功能衰竭前期手足口病患儿48例，随机分为两组，米力农组25例，硝普钠组23例，观察两组在控制血压、改善循环、心功能方面的疗效对比。结果：两组患儿治疗前后毛细血管再充盈时间(CRT)、收缩压(BP)、左室射血分数(EF)均有明显改变， P＜0.05。结论：两者均能有效改善循环、心功能，降低血压，稳定性、安全性均较好。

목적：탐토미력농화초보납재심폐공능쇠갈전기수족구병환인중적료효대비。방법：수치심폐공능쇠갈전기수족구병환인48례，수궤분위량조，미력농조25례，초보납조23례，관찰량조재공제혈압、개선순배、심공능방면적료효대비。결과：량조환인치료전후모세혈관재충영시간(CRT)、수축압(BP)、좌실사혈분수(EF)균유명현개변， P＜0.05。결론：량자균능유효개선순배、심공능，강저혈압，은정성、안전성균교호。
Objective:To investigate the comparative efficacy of milrinone and sodium nitroprusside in heart and lung failure early of children with HFMD.Methods:48 cases of hand foot and mouth disease in children with heart and lung function failure were randomly divided into the two groups,25 cases in the milrinone group,23 cases in the sodium nitroprusside group.We observed the control of blood pressure,and the improvement of the circulation of heart function and the effect of contrast of the two groups. Results:There were significant changes in capillary refill time (CRT),systolic blood pressure(BP),left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)in the two groups of patients before and after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:They both can effectively improve circulation,heart function,lower blood pressure,and the stability and security are good.
