目的：探讨输尿管软镜在肾结石治疗中的应用。方法：收治肾结石患者46例，随机分为输尿管软镜组与对照组各23例，对照组采用常规切开取石术治疗，输尿管软镜组在腹腔镜手术基础上采用输尿管软镜疗法治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：在输尿管软镜组，导管拔除时间、术后住院时间、术后下床活动时间、引流管拔除时间、手术时间、术中出血量显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对于肾结石患者，采用腹腔镜联合输尿管软镜的方式有着手术时间短、恢复速度快、手术创伤小的优势。

목적：탐토수뇨관연경재신결석치료중적응용。방법：수치신결석환자46례，수궤분위수뇨관연경조여대조조각23례，대조조채용상규절개취석술치료，수뇨관연경조재복강경수술기출상채용수뇨관연경요법치료，대비량조료효。결과：재수뇨관연경조，도관발제시간、술후주원시간、술후하상활동시간、인류관발제시간、수술시간、술중출혈량현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：대우신결석환자，채용복강경연합수뇨관연경적방식유착수술시간단、회복속도쾌、수술창상소적우세。
Objective:To explore the application of ureter soft lens in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods:46 patients with kidney stones were selected.They were randomly divided into the ureter soft lens group and the control group with 23 cases in each.The control group were given conventional incision to take stones,and the ureter soft lens group were given ureter soft lens therapy on the basis of laparoscopic operation,then we compared two groups of curative effect.Results:In the ureter soft lens group, the time of catheter removal,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative bed time,drainage time,operation time,blood loss in operation were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There were many advantages in the treatment of kidney stones with laparoscopy combined with ureter soft lens,such as short operation time,quick recovery and less trauma.
