小儿腹股沟斜疝是儿童常见、多发病，由于发现不及时、就诊晚，往往会导致疝内容物嵌顿，对疝嵌顿后手法复位失败有效的治疗方法是腹股沟疝囊高位结扎术，但是手术后复发率均较非嵌顿腹股沟斜疝高。小儿嵌顿斜疝手术后复发原因是手术中结扎位置过低、周围组织水肿解剖不清、内环口保留过大等因素。
