目的：探讨糖皮质激素治疗内分泌疾病的临床效果。方法：收治内分泌疾病患者106例，随机分为试验组和对照组各54例，对照组采用常规方法治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上加入糖皮质激素治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：在试验组总有效率(98.1%)明显高于对照组(79.6%)，满意度(98.1%)明显高于对照组(79.6%)，不良反应率(3.7%)明显低于对照组(14.8%)，P＜0.05。结论：采用糖皮质激素治疗内分泌疾病可以明显改善患者的症状，提高患者的满意度，安全性好。

목적：탐토당피질격소치료내분비질병적림상효과。방법：수치내분비질병환자106례，수궤분위시험조화대조조각54례，대조조채용상규방법치료，시험조재대조조적기출상가입당피질격소치료，관찰량조적치료효과。결과：재시험조총유효솔(98.1%)명현고우대조조(79.6%)，만의도(98.1%)명현고우대조조(79.6%)，불량반응솔(3.7%)명현저우대조조(14.8%)，P＜0.05。결론：채용당피질격소치료내분비질병가이명현개선환자적증상，제고환자적만의도，안전성호。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of endocrine disorders.Methods:106 patients with endocrine diseases were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 54 cases in each.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the experimental group were given glucocorticoids on the basis of the control group,then we observed the therapeutic effect in the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total efficiency(98.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.6%);the satisfaction(98.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.6%);the adverse reaction rate(3.7%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(14.8%), P<0.05.Conclusion:Glucocorticoid treatment of endocrine disorders can significantly improve the patient's symptoms and improve patient satisfaction,and the safety was good.
