为解决城镇污水治理的运行与监管问题，提出了基于物联网技术进行远程监管的设计方案。利用GPRS技术实现了数据无线远程传输、存储与分析等功能，构建了一套对污水处理设施运行状态进行实时监控以及对信息进行分析、处理的远程网络监管系统，使环境监管部门能及时、准确地掌握城镇污水处理的数据和信息。系统有很好的灵活性和扩展性，通过对污水处理各参数的动态分析，为提高污水处理效率和对污水处理设施运行状态进行实时监控起到了重要作用。系统的案例应用实现了对省级城镇污水处理厂的远程监控和管理。

In order to solve the problems in running and management of town sewage treatment ,a remote monitoring and management design method based on internet of things has been proposed .It is a set of re‐mote monitoring and management system which realizes wireless remote transmission ,data storage and a‐nalysis by GPRS .It can remotely and real‐timely monitor the running status of sewage facilities and man‐age information .By this system ,the supervisors may comprehensively and timely master date and infor‐mation of town sewage treatment .This system exhibits better flexibility and scalability .It plays an impor‐tant role in improving the efficiency of sewage treatment and real‐timely monitoring the running status of sewage facilities through the dynamic analysis various parameters of the sewage treatment .The case appli‐cation of this system realizes remote monitoring and management to sewage treatment plants in provincial tow ns .
