运用2005—2012年我国 A 股上市公司数据,基于核心高管变更视角分析管理层权力与高管团队薪酬差距的关系,得出以下结论:相对于核心高管未发生变更的公司来说,发生核心高管变更公司的管理层权力较小;核心高管发生变更的企业,管理层权力与高管薪酬差距显著负相关或者不相关;核心高管变更会降低管理层权力—高管薪酬差距的敏感性。

Based on the perspective of key executives turnover,we use 2005 -2012 A -share listed company data to analyze the relationship between the managerial power and executive pay gap.This paper showed that managerial power was smaller than those companies in which no key executive turnover occurs.And managerial power and executive pay gap were negative correlated significantly or uncorrelated when key executive had been replaced.Key executive turnover weaken positive relation-ship between managerial power and TMT pay gap.
