为比较磷钒钼黄比色法在植物性样品和水样中磷的测定效果,选取10个品种籼米样和20个取样点水样,采用磷钒钼黄比色法测定其总磷含量. 结果表明:籼米样品的总磷质量浓度度范围为0.363~0.568 mg∕g; 水样的总磷质量浓度范围为0.017~0.094μg∕mL. 磷钒钼黄比色法在测定大米样品时受干扰因素较少;在测定水样时,水样中的悬浮物含量和浊度对测定的精确度有一定影响. 磷钒钼黄比色法操作简便、测定快速,适合测定大米样品和总磷含量大于0.017 mg∕L的水样.
為比較燐釩鉬黃比色法在植物性樣品和水樣中燐的測定效果,選取10箇品種秈米樣和20箇取樣點水樣,採用燐釩鉬黃比色法測定其總燐含量. 結果錶明:秈米樣品的總燐質量濃度度範圍為0.363~0.568 mg∕g; 水樣的總燐質量濃度範圍為0.017~0.094μg∕mL. 燐釩鉬黃比色法在測定大米樣品時受榦擾因素較少;在測定水樣時,水樣中的懸浮物含量和濁度對測定的精確度有一定影響. 燐釩鉬黃比色法操作簡便、測定快速,適閤測定大米樣品和總燐含量大于0.017 mg∕L的水樣.

To compare the effects of the determination of phosphorus content by Phosphorus Vanadium Molyb-denum (P-V-Mo) yellow colorimetric method,total phosphorus contents were analyzied by this method in 10 different varieties of indica rice samples and 20 surface water samples from different sites. The results show that the total phosphorus content of rice samples ranges from 0.363 to 0.568 mg∕g and that of water samples ranges from 0.017 to 0.094 μg∕mL; there is little disturbance in the determination of rice samples by P-V-Mo yellow colorimetric method. In the determination of water samples,the suspended solid content and the turbidity of water samples have some effects on the accuracy of the determination. P-V-Mo yellow colorimet-ric method with easy and fast operation is suitable for the determination of indica samples and water samples with the total phosphorus content more than 0.017 mg∕L.
