油管在服役过程中将会产生某些类型的缺陷,根据缺陷性质和产生的部位,主要采用漏磁法检测.漏磁场的大小会受到磁场强度、缺陷类型、工件材料及状态、表面覆盖层等诸多因素影响.通过对检测波形进行分析,验证了漏磁检测的三条规律,为实施油管整体评价提供了依据.

Various flaws emerge in the process of tubing service,which is detected by MFL(Magnetic Flux Leakage) in accord with the characters and positions of these flaws.Several factors such as magnetic field intensity,flaw form,material and condition of work piece,covering layer of surface can exert effects on the dimension of the leakage magnetic field.Three rules of MFL inspection are demonstrated by analyzing the shape of waves,which provide reference for the overall evaluation of tubing.
