基于機械採樣裝置偏倚性能試驗過程中參比樣的採樣易受人為因素的影響,結閤 GB/T 19494提齣一種新的偏倚試驗方法,介紹瞭新偏倚試驗方法中的初級採樣器功能判定、製樣繫統偏倚性能鑒定等程序,併探討瞭機械採樣裝置偏倚性能的規範試驗過程。

Because that sampling of reference sample was easy to be affected by human factors in bias performance test process of mechanical sampling device,and combining with the new bias test method mentioned in GB/T 19494,the processes in new bias test method like function judge of primary sampling machine and bias performance test of sampling system were introduced,the standard experimental process of bias performance test of mechanical sampling device was discussed as well.
