During the key period of transformation and upgrade of equipment manufacturing industry, collaborative innovation has become one of the important paths of its development acceleration. During the process of collaborative innovation, the behavior for the participants to choose collaborative innovation directly affects the benefit of collaborative innovation outcomes. Collaborative innovation behavior at present stage is considered as a process of knowledge collaborative innovation. How the factors such as benefits and costs etc. influence the selecting activities of knowledge behavior of participants are analyzed in the process of knowledge collaborative innovation. And it is summarized that the essential characteristic of collaborative innovation at present stage lies in knowledge collaborative innovation. The influencing modes of factors of benefits and costs etc. on behavior choice of subject of collaborative innovation are discussed and found in order to provide reference for promoting the effect of collaborative innovation activities.
