随着协同创新被提升到国家战略地位,参与协同创新的高校日渐增多. 高校创新活动显现出新的特点,传统的评价体系已不能恰当评价当前高校的创新能力. 分析协同创新提升高校创新水平的作用机理,结合这一原理建立一套多维度、新视角的评价指标体系. 通过建立动态与静态相结合的评价模型来评价高校创新能力,不仅可以帮助高校、政府和社会各界了解高校创新水平、明确创新能力变化趋势,而且可以检验协同创新提升高校创新能力的效果,为进一步推动协同创新提供理论基础.

As collaborative innovation has been raised to the status of national strategy, more and more universities are involved in collaborative innovation. The innovation activities of universities show new characteristics, while the innovation abilities of universities cannot be evaluated properly by traditional evaluation system. The mechanism of collaborative innovation promoting the level of university innovation is analyzed, and a set of multi-dimensional, new-perspective evaluation system is established combined with the principle. To evaluate the innovation abilities of universities through establishing an evaluating model which combing dynamic and static factors can not only help universities, the government and the community understand the level of university innovation, and clarify the transformation trend of innovation ability, but also test the effect of collaborative innovation on improvement of the ability of university innovation. It provides theoretical basis for further promoting collaborative innovation.
