目的:探讨孕妇血清降钙素原(PCT)与胎膜早破(PROM)的关系及母儿预后的预测作用。方法:选取本院2013年8月至2014年07月住院治疗的胎膜早破患者共60例,同时选择同期住院的正常妊娠孕妇60例作为对照组,检测血清PCT值,并将PROM组PCT阳性与阴性组对比,了解PCT对胎膜早破孕妇母儿预后的预测作用。结果:PROM组PCT阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);PROM组PCT阳性孕妇妊娠维持时间明显较阴性组长、胎儿窘迫、绒毛膜羊膜炎、新生儿肺炎的发病率均较阴性组高,P均<0.05)。结论:降钙素原(PCT)不仅是检测胎膜早破的敏感指标,还能够对疾病的预后情况进行有效预测,是理想的辅助检查指标。

목적:탐토잉부혈청강개소원(PCT)여태막조파(PROM)적관계급모인예후적예측작용。방법:선취본원2013년8월지2014년07월주원치료적태막조파환자공60례,동시선택동기주원적정상임신잉부60례작위대조조,검측혈청PCT치,병장PROM조PCT양성여음성조대비,료해PCT대태막조파잉부모인예후적예측작용。결과:PROM조PCT양성솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05);PROM조PCT양성잉부임신유지시간명현교음성조장、태인군박、융모막양막염、신생인폐염적발병솔균교음성조고,P균<0.05)。결론:강개소원(PCT)불부시검측태막조파적민감지표,환능구대질병적예후정황진행유효예측,시이상적보조검사지표。
Objective:To investigate the relation between procalcitonin (PCT) and premature rupture of membranes (PROM)and the prediction of maternal and infant prognosis. Methods:Collect from August 2013 to July 2014 for premature rupture of membranes in our hospital cesarean of 60 cases of pregnant women , 60 healthy women with cesarean as control, PCT was measured in samples of all cases, and the women PCT positive premature rupture of membranes and negative patients with the produce of neonatal prognosis for contrast , we observed the impact of PCT on the prognosis of premature rupture of membranes pregnant and the newborns. Results: Positive rates of PCT in pregnant women with PROM was higher than those in control group(P<0.05); At the same time, the pregnant women of PCT positive than negative pregnant women pregnancy duration , the neonatal happen fetal distress and neonatal pneumonia, chorioamnionitis incidence was higher (P<0.05 respectively). Conclusion: Procalcitonin (PCT) was not only a sensitive indicator to detect premature rupture of membranes, but also on the prognosis of the disease effectively predict, was an indicator of ideal auxiliary inspection.
