针对直线振动筛激振器中所用的滚动轴承,结合振动筛激振器的结构分析,对其轴承润滑方式及润滑剂特性进行综合比较,建议不同结构的激振器应选择合适的润滑方式及润滑剂,并探讨了选择轴承润滑脂及润滑油的相应要求。
針對直線振動篩激振器中所用的滾動軸承,結閤振動篩激振器的結構分析,對其軸承潤滑方式及潤滑劑特性進行綜閤比較,建議不同結構的激振器應選擇閤適的潤滑方式及潤滑劑,併探討瞭選擇軸承潤滑脂及潤滑油的相應要求。

Regarding to the antifriction bearing used in vibration exciter of linear vibrating screen,and combining with its structure analysis, the comprehensive comparison of bearing lubricating method and lubricant features were done, it was suggested that for vibration exciter with different structures, suitable lubricating method and lubricant should be chosen, meanwhile,some corresponding requirements for choosing lubricating grease and lubricating oil were discussed.
