为适应入洗矿井煤的煤质变化,通过分析大武口洗煤厂金能分厂 TBS 溢流分级脱泥效果,对其原有工艺系统进行技术改造以解决 TBS 尾煤中精煤损失增加的问题。经生产实践证明,通过增设水力分级旋流器等技术改造,可优化洗煤厂 TBS 溢流分级脱泥工艺流程,提高精煤产率及改善精煤产品的脱水效果。

In order to accommodate the coal quality change of incoming coal in coal washery,and through analyzing the effect of overflow hierarchic desliming in Jinneng branch of Dawukou coal washery,the process system technological transformation which could solve the clean coal lose problem in TBS tail coal was done.Through the production practice we can see that,as the result of technological transformation like adding hydraulic power cyclone classifier,the TBS overflow hierarchic desliming process could be optimized,the clean coal yield and dehydration effect could be improved as well.
