用振筛机和不同孔径的筛子将金鸡滩煤粉筛分出7个粒度级的样品,对不同粒度级的筛分煤粉进行爆炸性测试试验研究。研究结果表明:随着粒度的增大,煤粉的爆炸性逐渐变弱,直至变为无爆炸性;粒度增大至0.102 mm~0.125 mm,煤粉的爆炸性已显著降低;粒度再增大至0.15 mm~0.25 mm,煤粉已无爆炸性。

용진사궤화불동공경적사자장금계탄매분사분출7개립도급적양품,대불동립도급적사분매분진행폭작성측시시험연구。연구결과표명:수착립도적증대,매분적폭작성축점변약,직지변위무폭작성;립도증대지0.102 mm~0.125 mm,매분적폭작성이현저강저;립도재증대지0.15 mm~0.25 mm,매분이무폭작성。
Seven particle size fractions of Jinjitan pulverized coal samples were screened using sieve shaker and different aperture sieve.Experimental study on explosive test of pulverized coal samples was carried out.The results proved that pulverized coal explosiveness became weak gradually with the increase of particle size and became non-explosive at last;the explosiveness had been significantly reduced when granularity increased to 0.102 mm~0.125 mm and became non-explosive when granularity increased to 0.15 mm~0.25 mm.
