根据 JJF-1059—012《煤炭不确定度评定与表示》和 GB/T212—2008《煤的工业分析方法》中的数学模型,对整批煤炭进行采样、制样、灰分测定并对灰分测定全过程的不确定度各分量进行分析、计算、合成。通过比较各分量的不确定度,指出采样环节为影响干基灰分测量不确定度的主要因素。

According to the mathematical model from JJF-1059-2012 Coal uncertainty evaluation and representation and GB/T 212—2008 Proximate analysis of coal,coal sampling,sample preparation,ash determination for whole batch coal were done and analysis,calculation and synthesis of all components of uncertainty in whole determination process were done as well,through comparing the uncertainty of every components,it was indicated that sampling process was the main element which affected the dry base ash determination uncertainty.
