本文在分析了国内外常用控压钻井节流阀结构特点的基础上,根据流体力学等理论设计了一种新型的节流阀,并模拟了不同开度下的节流压力及阀体内部流体流动状态,发现其控压线性关系较好,而且在节流截面产生的高速流体对阀体的冲蚀情况较少,大大延长了其使用寿命.
本文在分析瞭國內外常用控壓鑽井節流閥結構特點的基礎上,根據流體力學等理論設計瞭一種新型的節流閥,併模擬瞭不同開度下的節流壓力及閥體內部流體流動狀態,髮現其控壓線性關繫較好,而且在節流截麵產生的高速流體對閥體的遲蝕情況較少,大大延長瞭其使用壽命.

This paper describes a new type of throttle valve developed based on the analysis of the structure of pressure controlling throttle valve and the theory of fluid mechanics.The throttle pressure and fluid flow status inside the body are simulated under different opening,which shows that the linear relation of pressure control is good,and the high-speed fluid in throttling section results less erosion to the body,hence extends its service life.
