目的:评估以牛奶和鸡蛋为主的综合营养干预措施对广西贫困农村小学生身体素质及体成分的影响,为农村学生营养改善工作提供科学依据。方法在广西壮族自治区田阳县随机抽取4所小学作为干预学校,每个学习日给学生发放牛奶和鸡蛋;在同一乡镇选取4所规模相当的小学作为对照学校,不采取上述干预措施。8所小学的1~5年级共978名学生作为调查对象,分别于干预前和干预两年后测量学生的50米×8往返跑、立定跳远和体成分。结果干预两年后,干预组男生和女生立定跳远平均增长25.8cm和25.2cm,分别高于对照组的20.8cm和16.5cm (P<0.01)。干预组8岁男生50米×8往返跑成绩提高26.2s,高于对照组的19.7s (P<0.05)。干预组男生和女生的瘦体重较基线有所增加,但和对照组相比差异没有统计学意义。结论牛奶和鸡蛋为主的综合营养干预措施可以促进小学生身体力量素质及耐力素质的提高,是改善贫困农村小学生营养状况的有效措施之一。

Objective To evaluate the impact on physical quality and body composition of poor rural students in Guangxi after taking milk and egg-based comprehensive nutrition intervention measures and provide scientific basis for rural students nutrition improvement work. Method Four elementary schools were selected randomly as an intervention in Tianyang County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, and the students in these schools were given milk and eggs on each learning day, another 4 primary schools of similar scale in the same town as the control without taking above-mentioned measures. Total 978 students (1-5 grades) of eight primary schools were chosen, and the speed of 50m×8, standing long jump and body composition before and after two years intervention were measured. Results After two years of intervention, the average standing long jump of boys and girls in intervention group reached 25.8cm and 25.2 cm, respectively ,significantly higher than those of the control group(20.8cm and 16.5cm)(P<0.01). Eight-year-old boys in the intervention group improved 26.2s in 50m×8 running, higher than the control group of 19.7s,(P<0.05).The lean body mass of boys and girls in the intervention group increased when comparing with the baseline, but, when comparing with the control group, there was no statistical difference. Conclusion Two years of intervention with milk and egg can improve students' physical strength quality and endurance quality, this is also an effective measures to improve the nutritional status of poor rural primary school students.
