通过实验,筛选出复合配方固化剂组成的复合固化剂,并以此对河南油田T6-2211井废弃钻井液进行了固化处理的矿场试验研究.结果表明,加入该复合固化剂后,能够有效地使废弃钻井液固化,并达到较高的抗压强度.将固化体在清水中浸泡5天后,其浸出液达到GB89778-1996的二级标准.

The composite curing agent is selected by indoors experiments which is composed of 7-8% cement,45-46% fly ash,35% lime,6% poly-aluminum chloride,2% aluminum sulfate and 4-5% inorganic curing agent A.It is tested for curing processing of waste drilling fluid of Well T6-2211 in Henan Oilfield.The results show that the waste drilling fluid can be effectively solidified and achieve higher compressive strength by this agent.The leaching liquid of the solidified body which is soaked in clean water for 5 days meets the secondary standard of GB8978-1996.
