京沪高速铁路DK453+030~DK453+940段,全长910 m,为全断面开挖路堑,岩石为Ⅳ、Ⅴ级花岗片麻岩,设计爆破石方量为36.07万方。该段爆破环境复杂,爆破区距离村庄最近点约100 m,距离京沪正线不足40 m,既要做到不扰民,更要保证京沪线的正常运营,是该工程的难点。综合考虑工程特点,决定采用预裂爆破的方式进行开挖。通过精密设计和精细化施工,取得了理想的爆破效果,同时对爆破振动进行监测和分析,得到该地质条件下预裂爆破的衰减规律,具有类似工程施工的参考价值。

The section of DK453+030~DK453+940 in Beijing-Shanghai express railway is 910 meters long. It’s full-face cutting and the stone belongs to IV- or V-grade granite gneiss. It has been planned that about 360.7 thousand cubic meters of stone would be blasted off. The blasting condition of this section is rather complex and the smallest distance between the blasting point and the village is only about 100 m and that from the Beijing-Shanghai main line is less than 40m. So it is a problem to guarantee the routine construction of this project while the nearby villagers remain undisturbed. Considering the real situation of the project, the approach of presplit blasting was applied. After careful design and accurate construction, the blasting effect was ideal. Through the monitoring and analysis of the blasting vibration, the regular reduction pattern of presplit blasting in this geologic condition was obtained, which would be referred to by projects alike.
