研究了柚木光变色的经时变化,同时利用红外光谱比较了新剖材与太阳光照稳定材抽提物化学成分的差异,分析了柚木光变色的原因。结果表明:经太阳光和紫外光照射后,柚木的明度随时间的延长呈逐渐减小直至稳定的变化趋势,红绿轴色品指数、黄蓝轴色品指数和色差则均呈逐渐增大直至稳定的变化趋势。三种光照条件下,柚木明度值变化缓慢,太阳光照射下12 h、18 W紫外光照射下30 h、36 W紫外光照射下18 h后基本达到稳定;而红绿轴色品指数和黄蓝轴色品指数变化较快,12 h时基本都达到稳定状态;色差达到稳定的时间分别为太阳光照射下12 h、18 W紫外光照射下30 h、36 W紫外光照射下18 h。红外光谱分析表明,引起柚木变色除了木质素外,还有抽提物中不饱和烃类的C=C和芳香烃类的C-H、C=C发生了断裂,并生成了发色集团醌类的羰基C=O。

Time changes of teak light-induced discoloration is studied,and at the same time,infrared spectrum is adopted to compare the chemical composition difference between new cut materials and extracts from wood under stable sunlight to ana-lyze the cause of teak light-induced discoloration. The result shows that after sunlight and ultraviolet ray illumination,teak lightness shows a gradually decreasing till steady trend with the increase in time. Teak lightness value changes slowly in three kinds of illumination,12 h,18 W in the sunlight,30 h,36 W in the ultraviolet irradiation and 18 h in ultraviolet irradiation, followed by basic stability;while red-green-axis color index and the yellow-blue-axis color index change fast,basically reaching stability after 12 hours;the time required for color difference to reach stability is 12 h,18 W in the sunlight,30 h, 36 W in the ultraviolet irradiation and 18 h in ultraviolet irradiation. The infrared spectrum analysis indicates that besides lignin that causes teak color deterioration,the unsaturated hydrocarbon C=C and fragrant hydrocarbon compound C-H,C=C in the extract break,generating the carbonyl C=O of quinones in the chromophoric group.
