The minus pressure flash technology of crude oil stabilization is applied in Changqing Oil fied according to the characteristics of oil composition. After the optimization and energy saving research to the existing minus pressure flash technology, the electricity and gas fees could be much reduced,and CO2 would be exhausted 866 t/a less than before,so energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable.
