相同质量的热水和冷水被放置在同一冷却环境下,热水比冷水结冰快的现象被称为姆潘巴效应。笔者认为水的上表面温度相对较高,即“热顶效应”,是发生姆潘巴现象的重要原因,而水的高度越小则越容易形成热顶。文章通过实验表明,水的水位高度较小更容易发生姆潘巴现象。
相同質量的熱水和冷水被放置在同一冷卻環境下,熱水比冷水結冰快的現象被稱為姆潘巴效應。筆者認為水的上錶麵溫度相對較高,即“熱頂效應”,是髮生姆潘巴現象的重要原因,而水的高度越小則越容易形成熱頂。文章通過實驗錶明,水的水位高度較小更容易髮生姆潘巴現象。

Mpemba effect refers to a phenomenon that hot water freezes faster than colder one under certain conditions ,which are the same mass of hot and cold water ,and the same cooling environment .The key reason of Mpemba phenomenon is proposed as the fact that the upper surface of water is hotter ,which is the“hot top effect” .When the water is shallow ,hot top is easier to be formed .In this paper ,we confirm that Mpemba effect happens easily in the shal‐low water through some experiments under our own specific and certain conditions .
