分析了水下采油树装配预紧力计算方法,计算出了1500 m 水深69 MPa(10000 psi)工作压力下水下采油树的生产阀块装配预紧力为494645~559360 N。开发了基于 C 语言的采油树装配预紧力计算软件,通过 ANSYS 软件对加载计算所得预紧力下的零部件进行强度校核。结果表明:计算所得预紧力符合采油树装配规范要求,验证了所开发计算软件的正确性。

The calculation method of subsea tree assembly pre-tightening force is analyzed,and cal-culating the assembly pre-tightening force of subsea tree production valve block which is 1 500 m water depth and 69 MPa (100 00 psi)working pressure is 494 645~559 360 N.Then it compiled the subsea tree assembly pre-tightening force calculation software based on the C language.Then analyzes the strength of the parts under the pre-tightening force by ANSYS software,the results show that the calculated pre-tightening force can meet the subsea tree assembly requirements,and also proved the calculation software is reliable.
