针对南苏丹Paloch油田原油乳化严重、破乳剂消耗量大的生产实际,通过室内瓶试实验和现场不同投放方式效果对比,除了在破乳剂投送剂量方面做出调整之外,在药剂投放方式方面也进行了优化组合,降低了油田破乳剂的应用量,取得了较好的经济效益.

Indoor bottle tests and comparison of different field dosing are implemented to resolve the issues in Paloch Oilfield such as crude oil emulsion and consumption of emulsion breaker.Several measures which include adjustment of dosing of breaker and optimization of dosing method are taken to reduce the dosage of the agent and improve profitability of the oilfield.
