水利基本建设工程的建设质量好坏关乎整个工程建设活动的直接成败,质量监督工作是整个工程建设质量的重要保证手段之一,所以质量监督工作的好坏在水利基本建设活动中起着举足轻重的作用.笔者长期从事水利基本建设工程的质量监督工作,从实践中总结出了部分水利基本建设工程质量监督的工作重点,在本文中予以介绍,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用,同时也期能够为水利基本建设工程类质量监督工作的顺利开展提供一定的借鉴经验和参考价值.

The quality of water conservancy capital construction projects directly concerns all engineering-building activi-ties. Quality monitoring is one of the important means to ensure the quality of construction of the entire projects. So the qual-ity supervision work plays an important role in the water conservancy capital construction projects. Having long been enga-ged in quality supervision of water conservancy capital construction projects, authors summarized the key emphases from the practical work.
