根据石家庄市1996~2012年经济与环境数据,建立石家庄市经济增长与环境污染水平的计量模型,分析经济发展与环境污染之间的关系。研究表明:石家庄市人均GDP与工业固体废弃物产生量符合环境库兹涅茨曲线,呈现“倒U”型关系;工业废水排放量、工业废气量的库兹涅茨曲线均处在上升阶段,表现为正“U”与倒“U”混合型。

Based on the economic and environmental data in Shijiazhuang from 1996 to 2012, a model was set up to analyze the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution in this city. The results showed that the relationship between Shijiazhuang’s GDP per capita and industrial solid waste production is consistent with the environmental Kuznets curve and there is an inverted U-shape relationship between them. Besides, the environmental Kuznets curves of industrial waste gas and wastewater emissions are both on the rise, and there is a relationship of mixed positive U-shape and inverted U-shape.
